Wedding Programme Fans!

I recently stumbled across these wedding programmes that have been made into fans...pretty and useful! I loved them so I tracked down the blog of the designer, you can find it HERE.  While reading through Blair Britt's blog {she is a wedding & events planner in the US} I also found this amazing wedding she designed over at the Amy Atlas website, of course I checked out the cake first, the sugar flower is gorgeous but I also love the paper bags for guests to take home some goodies and pretty much everything else, very shabby chic and how about the bride's shoes!

Pink Pony Cupcake Bouquet

Here is the cupcake bouquet I made for my niece Georgia
who was celebrating her 12th birthday with a family dinner at her grandparents farm.

I baked these in chocolate coloured papers and I used some kitchen string instead of ribbon around the horse toppers, I thought it looked a bit like rope!

All the cupcakes got a good sprinkle of rainbow dust {edible glitter} you can just see it on the front two cakes, they were much sparklier but I just can't seem to capture it on my camera! Any advice??

Pink Pony Cupcake Toppers

Here are some cute personalised pony cupcake toppers, these are from my new 'Pink Pony' collection and
some time ago I mentioned I had some exciting news for Top That!
Well....I am opening a shop! an online shop that is:) As I have had a great response to my personalised cupcake toppers and many requests for other items, I decided it would be easier to display the different themes I have designed all in one place, I will also be making available matching bag toppers, pennant banners, bag labels, signs and more.  My blog makeover is almost complete! the shop will open not long after that, in the meantime you can still order via email.  There will also be some designs for boys, tweens, baby showers, hens nights and more!  Email me if you were hoping to see a particular design.

Ladybug 1st Birthday Cake

This cute little lady bug topper was for a giant number one cake, I was supplied with a picture to copy from and I think it turned out quite cute...the little girls Grandma was transporting this one to Brisbane for her party...isn't she wonderful!

{This was the only picture I took of the whole cake, not a great shot I know!}

Soccerball Cupcakes

These are the little soccerball cupcakes made for my nephew's birthday over the weekend, I presented them on a cake stand with a personalised pennant banner wrapped around the edge.

Happy Birthday Mickey!

Suitcase & Make-up bag cake! {Penny's 30th birthday}

This cake was made for my cousin's 30th birthday which she celebrated over the weekend with family and friends at the North Burleigh Surf Club.  Both the suitcase and the make-up bag are chocolate mud cakes.  Everything is edible including the lipstick and eyeshadow!

Here is the back view, I put a couple of little hinges on the lid, the board is also covered in fondant which I tried to make loose and resemble a bedsheet...Penny loves to travel the world so this cake really suited her and she loves blue, I really enjoyed making this one.

Hope you liked your cake Pen...Happy Birthday!

Fox Logo & Flames {birthday cake}

This cake was made for a friends son last week, he liked the flames on the transformer cake I made and he also liked the fox motorsport gear and he wanted a motorbike on it!  This is the cake before the motorbike was added, Darcy's mum picked up a great bike with a little rider on it which was added after I delivered it so I'm not sure if it was placed on top or on the board either way I'm sure it would have looked good!

This was my first go at creating a logo in fondant and I was quite pleased with the way it came out, pretty close to the real thing!

Inside is buttercake covered in vanilla cream icing. The flames are all cut out by hand, I then added a little bit of hologram edible glitter to the tops which you can just make out in this picture....Happy Birthday Darcy!
